We're happy to work with wedding planners, couples and parents to help make your special day one you'll re

We can accommodate up to 72 guests outside in the open and under tents and awnings on our graceful lawn that overlooks a saltwater creek and open marsh. Inside, we welcome smaller groups in our relaxing, comfortable and modern Tybee beach-style house. Our large, open but covered ground floor area provides a great location for staging your caterer.
The house is perfect for wedding party overnight accommodations, including a top-floor master suite with jacuzzi tub and private balcony overlooking the salt marsh. Family and school reunions can be more than a picnic in the backyard. Make your next reunion special with our beautiful facility backing up to a saltwater marsh on scenic Tybee Island. The Inn has ample parking, a full kitchen and plenty of open space for games and relaxation.

The Inn offers the comforts of a home, with the amenities of a modern meeting place, wireless internet, complete cellular coverage and plenty of work space for busy teams.
Our guests find the Inn is particularly well suited for off-site meetings where teams benefit from bonding and relationship building outside the confines of the office. The beautiful views are inspiring and creativity and problem-solving flourishes in such a natural, peaceful environment.
When the work is complete, there are plenty of local restaurants, historic sites and other attractions for downtime socializing. Of course the island has plenty of team-building opportunities as well, from surf and kayaking lessons, to biking, boating and other beach pursuits. The Inn also features four bedrooms for executives, teams or team members who wish to stay overnight.

Rates:
Rental begins @ 3 PM first day and ends 11:00AM last day.
Groups of 12 or less: same as whole house accommodation rental ($350 per day + 13% tax, 3 day minimum).
Group size 13-49: $750 per event day, (two day minimum) drops to $350/day +tax any days used as accommodation only. First $400 of event day fee tax free.
Group size 50-72: Add $350 per event day (non-taxable).
Cleaning fee: $150
Refundable damage deposit: $850
Reduced rates are possible for off-season or mid-week events.
The Inn is licensed for gatherings of up to 49 persons indoors ( fire code regulations) or up to 72 persons outdoors (limited by on-site parking capacity).
What’s included in the event rental, and what’s not:
Event rental is for the entire facility and grounds (save two ground floor storage rooms), to include porches, a great room, kitchen and dining area, three downstairs bedrooms with one and a half baths, plus an upstairs master suite with two rooms, a private balcony and full bath with jacuzzi tub. It includes a 1,500 sq ft ground level, covered area, with views to the marsh, a 400 sq ft detached car port and of course the grounds themselves where tents or awnings can be erected.
The basic rental does not include tents, awnings, temporary toilets, extra tables, chairs, decorations, place setting, set-up, tear-down or clean-up, though we can assist you in procuring these items and services if needed.
Fire regulations and our concern for your safety dictate that music, food and beverage set-up for groups larger than 49, be staged outdoors. Our ground level covered area is well suited for this purpose. Temporary tents, awnings and our large, permanent car port can also be used.
For groups less than 49, the house kitchen can be used as a staging area for catered food, but not for cooking or food prep.
The Outdoor Inn has on-site parking sufficient to meet regulatory parking requirements for up to 72 attendees. Since this is only one space per four attendees, large groups should plan on car pooling, or arranging for group transport from off-premise accommodations. We can assist in these arrangements.
