Outdoor Inn Lodging Rates

Lodging: Lodging rates are based on room desired, no greater than two per room except in the Suite, where we can accommodate a maximum of six (additional charges apply over two). Unless renting the facility for an event, we ask that you refrain from entertaining non residents at the Inn.

East Room (Queen), $110/night

Northwest (Queen), $110/night

The Heron Room (NE) (two singles), $110/night .

Master/Family Suite (one queen, one single, one futon double and one single in a small separate room), $170/night $20/night for each additional guest after initial double occupancy.

Whole House* (Sleeps 15-16), $350/night 3-night min. $2,500/week

Events: The Inn may be rented for receptions, reunions, retreats or business meetings. A maximum of 49 persons may be accommodated indoors or 72 outdoors (fire code & on-site parking limits). Included in all event rentals is the use of our 1,500 square foot, covered, ground floor area, our 80 x 40 ft manicured lawn abutting a tidal creek and our 400 square foot detached car port, also abutting the creek.

* A $150 cleaning fee is required when renting the entire house.

Rates do not include 13 percent hotel/motel tax.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations inside of 14 days. The Outside Inn requires prepayment in full and will be glad to refund individual room payments outside 14 days less 20% administrative fee.
